Overall, a very nice park, convenient to Gatlinburg and GSMNP. All sites are back-ins, and many of the sites back right up to your neighbor's back. If you have a rear window, you might want to keep your shades closed. Sites on the outer loops back up to trees; that would be my choice next time. I did find the staff helpful. Wifi worked very well. The only down side is there is very little within an easy walk or bike ride. You have to take your vehicle or the trolley,- and the trolley isn't that convenient even though it does stop at the park driveway. Of the Gatlinburg RV parks we looked at, I would stay here again.
Roads and sites are very tight for big rigs. Our 38' barely fit. All sites are now being upgraded to 50 amps - that's a plus. But the hook ups are all on the patio side, so you need long hoses for water and a long electric cord. They are improving, but they have work to do. The dump station overflowed when I was trying to dump my black tank - not a pleasant experience.
The park staff was very friendly. For a park that is new and still improving, it was very nice. Small mini-golf course, playground for the kids, it is set up for families. I would stay here again.
